  1. Click — A soldier selects them. A lit tile once plans the move and shows you every shot you would have from there; a second click commits it
  2. 1 2 3 4 — Select that soldier. Tab takes the next one with actions left
  3. F — Fire: pick a target and read the percentage and its reasons before committing
  4. Enter — Confirm the planned move, or fire at the selected target
  5. O — Overwatch: spend the rest of the turn covering ground and shoot the first thing that moves through it
  6. H — Hunker down: give up the turn for extra defence and immunity to flanking

Useful tips before you start

  • When several moves look equal, choose the one that preserves the most options for your next turn.
