URSY.games first-party game notice

The game files identified as "First-party" in game-catalog.json, their modules
and supporting runtime under `assets/js/games/`, were exported
from the URSY.ai v2 arcade at the project owner's direction. They are original
URSY project material and are included in this theme for operation on the
owner's URSY.games website.

This notice records provenance. It does not grant third parties a licence to
redistribute that first-party game code. Imported third-party games are kept
separate and retain the MIT or Apache-2.0 licence identified in their catalogue
record and licence file.
